...in this case, flies.
I captured a shot of a fly that was sitting atop a daisy flower. It is as if he perched himself on the flower just for me to capture a shot of him. The shot was taken using a Canon 80D camera with a 75 -300 mm lens on the macro setting.
I've always been fascinated with nature and all it's living creatures, and have had the luxury recently to capture some really cool shots. However, I feel like this is one of the better shots that I have been able to get. The eyes of the insect perfectly centered, and focused on the camera. The setting blurred, yet still keeping the flowers and fly shots in complete focus.
What I also love about photography, as the quote by Warhol insinuates, is that any photo can tell a story. While to me this shot can mean one thing, someone else can draw their own conclusions. Photography: an art that is never-ending.
