Here's a shot I took from South Ferry Station/Battery Park in NYC. The sky was beautiful and so was Lady Liberty. Though this is from a distance, the magnitude that this statue represents is undeniable. As it is stated on her statue:
"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me.
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
May we all learn to love each other, despite our differences.
Much love and blessings to you all!
