This afternoon, I was able to get some really crisp macro photography shots using my Canon 80D camera. Not only can you make out the furs on it's back, but you can also make out detail in the eyes as well as definition in the flower that it has it's hands on in order to feed.
In addition to the dragonfly, I was also able to get a couple macro shots of a cricket that was face down in some tree bark, as well as an insect that looks like a small dragonfly, but i'm not quite sure it's genus. Nonetheless, really cool looking from close up.
Nature is truly a wonderous place. If you keep your eyes open, you can get a different view every day.
