I encountered a very interesting sight during a visit to a botanical garden, and while I couldn't really identity what bird it was meant to be, nonetheless the artwork was unique and beautiful. Pictured below is the first of 3 different stone sculptures that is supposed to represent a bird.

I couldn't even try and begin to guess what this bird could be given my less knowledge about birds in general, but I do like the way it's been carved and shaped beautifully in stone.
