Lots of Spartina to be found, very little time! The days are getting cold and clear, but the late season is still in full swing. We’re catching a lot of these buggers at the tail end of our work year, despite less forgiving tides and conditions. Read my last blog about our work here for some context if you missed it!
Some beautiful panorama opportunities lately. Big lagoons and bays full of happy native plants, fish, and birds.
I’ve been really enjoying taking photos of the wetland and beach textures close up. It makes me wish I had a better camera than my phone... It’s been a long time coming. I’ll get there someday.
