It's $439 on amazon, which isn't cheap, but it is pretty cheap for a beginner's DSLR camera setup with 2 amazing lenses.

The kit I linked has a lot of useful accessories for about the same price as the camera and both lenses. The 70-300mm lens included is what makes this entry level setup amazing-- anyone considering buying one of these Nikons should get the kit that includes the 70-300mm telephoto lens!
