Hello Steemians, what's up? What are you doing?
In the winter, of course, St. Petersburg is not as beautiful as the summer, but still the buildings retain their beauty even in such cold and snowy weather.
I do not like to take photographs in winter because closer to spring, all the snow starts to melt on the streets, and it's not a road made of snow, but a road made of sand and dirt.
All the snow turns into a viscous puddle with a lot of dirt, and it's generally not beautiful.
So it turns out because when it's pretty cold in St. Petersburg, the snow freezes and turns into one solid ice rink, and they slip and fall, while breaking a leg or arm is not a problem.
Therefore, roads, where people walk, it is customary to sprinkle with special sand with chemical properties.
This sand spoils the shoes, and after the ice breaks, then a lot of dirt turns out.
This time and this outcome of winter we call slush (слякоть-slyakot')
But let's not talk about sad things.
When I was walking in the center of St. Petersburg, I did many different photos.
And I want to show you four more of them.
In this photo you can clearly see the consequences on the roads after snow.
This is the same sand. The snow melts, and he stays, and very much spoils his shoes
View of the bridge from the road. I really like these photos, it's photos of bridges.
This is the bridge that is depicted in my first photo in this post.
Well, in conclusion a view of the Alexandrian column, I have not yet laid out this angle here.
I hope, that soon I will be able to make more beautiful photos for you.
In the meantime, I'm slowly testing a new camera and its capabilities.
Comment, UPvote, and have a nice day
