Raining day in Paris. / Cannon 7D 28mm

It was very cold day. Because temperature quite low and the weather was windy.
We were waiting for our close friend. He had no cellphone at that time. So we had to wait him.

We waited him in Concord Plaza which is located in middle of Paris.
We saw Eiffel tower and triumphal arch. The rain painted Paris looks like watercolor.
I thought rain added contrast effect which installed in Photoshop.
Although weather was bad and cold day, but we saw rainy day of Paris.
