There are some things that simply cannot be replicated in the USA. You can't beat a proper Fish and Chip Shop. There's never a more welcome sign than "Fish and Chips" in a shop window, and with Pukka Pies on display ( you know it's the real deal) and yes, you'd brave the sub-zeros and the wind chill for a steaming bag of hot chips!
