Gondar is a city in the northern part of Ethiopia. Sitting at about 2100m, it makes for a captivating sunset layered evening. Some friends and I wanted to get to a higher point in the city to watch the sunset and boy did it make the treck up the mountain worth it. In the distance, overlooking the magnificent city is a mountainous terrain, filled with rolling mountains that add to an already gorgeous landscape.
At the top of the mountain is a stunning hotel, where I was able to capture some silhouettes as the sun lowered behind the mountains. I couldn't imagine a more beautiful sight to capture than couples spending quality time with each other as the sun set in their view.
