Just a friendly camera tip, from me to you❤
Hello guys! How are you? Fall has really kicked in here in the west-coast of Norway. It’s raining all day, and the wind is increasing as we speak. I think there’s going to be a storm. Glad I’m inside. It’s very cozy while it's raining outside, but I hate that I don’t get to go out and photograph. I wish my camera was waterproof!
I’ve mentioned this little thing before, but I haven’t gone into details of how it works, where to use it, and why I love it so much. I bought this months ago, and I’ve used it a lot.
This is a camera mount from Peak Design that you can use on your belt, backpack, bag, etc. I use it for my Sony a6000, and I’ve seen people use it for their GoPro as well. It also works for heavier cameras with a large lens such as Sony a7III. It actually doesn’t depend on the camera mount, but whatever you choose to hang it on. The quality is really good. You can also turn the release button to lock it, and that way make sure you won’t accidentally push the release button and drop your camera. It’s quick to get the camera of the camera mount, so whenever you have to hurry to shoot something, you can count on getting your camera of in time.
I was so sick of my camera strap always being in the way when I was photographing, so when I discovered this camera mount I immediately bought it. Yes, it’s a bit pricey. But for me, totally worth it! I bought mine at a small camera store in Norway, but I found it here on Amazon if you’re interested in buying one of your own.
I absolutely love mine. The fact that I don’t need to use a camera strap, and can just mount my camera to my belt or my backpack makes everything a lot easier. My arms are free to do whatever without my camera dangling and hitting my stomach.
I hope you liked my little camera-tip, and let me know what you think. I would also love to know if you have a camera tip for me! Have a nice day Steemit friends.
Kristin.
