In 2014 while residing in Auckland, i took a 3 week trip to Vanuatu... Quite possibly one of the most interesting, beautiful places i have ever been lucky enough to visit..
I would highly recommend a visit to the remote island of Tanna.. Mt Yasur, an active volcano can be found here.. the pictures below speak for themselves..
