Mangal Mahadev, the world's 3rd tallest Lord Shiva statue which is 33m (108 ft) tall situated at the entrance of Ganga Talao (commonly known as Grand Bassin), a crater lake located in the district of Savanne in Mauritius where it is considered as the most sacred Hindu place in Mauritius.
Another statue which is found on the banks of Ganga Talao is the huge Goddess Durga which is measured at 108 feet, 33 meters high. This makes it the tallest Goddess Durga statue in the world surpassing the statue of Deshapriya Park Durgotsab in Kolkatta, India (80 feet high).
