One of my favorite exercises in this world is you guessed it, Road Biking 🚴‍♀️ ❤️🤙

Just something about hitting the road and feeling the wind whipping past my face as I blast down a hill, especially in the crisp morning air

One of my favorite locations to bike is a local Sun City 🌃 it’s basically a retirement community that is build with a golf course integrated into its surroundings. 🚲
