I feel that black and white photography transmits something very profound and indescribable, its classic and minimalist style gives more prominence to that small or great detail that you want to highlight. Despite the lack of color, black and white can cause a greater impact by its contrast, light and shade and different shades of gray, which often have a lot of visual force in photography, even, many times, more than color.

The light "white" and the shadow "black" can give a completely different dimension to our photography. They can highlight textures, isolate elements, and create sensations in those who see them, as well as in those who have the pleasure of taking them.

If we talk about the "White" we can say that it is the sum of all the colors, it gives a feeling of peace, luminosity, emptiness and purity. On the other hand the "Black", is not more than the total absence of light and it borns when a body absorbs all the colors without reflecting anything. Black is an extremely classic and elegant color that also provides security, it is strong.

If you think that at some point colors do not add much to your photography, try work them in black and white, surely you'll like it much more like that, as well as me.

In these pictures of a sunset on the beach, where the light is falling and shadows are appearing, an atmosphere of peace, harmony, even warmth, is created, no matter that the color is absent.
