Consume More Of Green Veggies || Malabar Spinach Vegetable ( Juicy Green Vegetable 🌿🍃☘️ )

Hello Everyone 💕 💞,

Have you ever heard of this before? The Malabar Spinach Vegetable I planted this for a very long time in my farm but due to the fact that it needed to be monitored seriously, i transplanted it inside a unused keg which I cut off its length mid way and I poured in loamy soil with mixed Poultry droppings and rabbit droppings as well to make it more fertile.

I always love to cook this Vegetable because it has more of benefits as

• It expel the kidney stones.
• It dissolves calcium oxalate crystals.
• It acts as anti -inflammatory.
• It acts as anti - fungal.
• It gives protection against osteoporosis.
• It help in healthy body function.
• It acts as suppression of depression.
• It creates more blood cell.
• It prevent hair loss
