That is another mystery. From the time the moon comes into view to the time it is about to leave your view the distance would have changed just a few thousand miles away. If the moon was 238,000 miles away when it comes into view and then 241,000 miles away when leaving your view then how could the size of the moon change so much when the change in distance is around 1%.
