Most photographers have a "wish list of photography", and documenting the life cycle of mosquitoes is always ranked highest of the list. Like most photography projects, this project is a project with many unique challenges and problems.
The technical challenge for photographing this phase is the small size of the mosquito that becomes the object of photography. These images are taken with magnification from 6 times to 7 times. The curled pupa is just the size of the letter "o"! In addition, photographing through glass and water also has its own challenges..
