In this artistic performance called “New Horizons” and realized by Italian artist Biancoshock Five gold fishes tightly travels in a fishbowl into the Danube floating through a rescue lifebelt and without an adequate living space.
Everyday hundreds of migrants are saved in the sea to end up in a new prison, on one side physically represented by the crowded immigration centers, their inhumane conditions and immobile bureaucracy, and on the other side conceptually represented by mental closure, fear and prejudices manifested by host countries.
