I don't often take pictures of wildlife and wild animals on the surface, but I still have a certain experience in this direction. And all this experience shows that one of the main problems, it is actually to find the animal for shooting.
No, it is possible to meet in the forest some single conventional hare. But so that for a couple of days off and see / shoot animals ... there are very few chances. And in national parks the situation is not better for us.
But as it turned out everything can be quite different. If the number of these very animals is so great that you can constantly see: deer, fallow deer, bison, moose and so on.
Over the weekend, in the natural complex of Krasny Bor, I saw ungulates more than in the whole previous life, even if I also add trips to the zoo. Probably, I will still see the silhouettes of deer in the shade between the trees for a few more days.
And for the photographer it is an amazing opportunity to realize a variety of subjects and ideas. After all, when there are no animals, you can count on single pictures on the principle of "how it turned out". And here there is time and the opportunity to work with light, the plot and even try to embody various artistic fantasies.
And even it is not so important how much this or that shot will be successful. Too many factors are involved here. The very possibility is important here. What happens is what I often mention - the joint creativity of man and nature. And this brings great pleasure.
On this in the near future, I will not once again return to shooting in the Red Forest. For such a short period of time, it has turned out to make a lot of photos that are worth showing. Yes, and the history of filming plus the features of animal behavior should be told.
