Attempted to hike Mount Madison after an 8 hour drive to the White Mountains. After about 4 miles of hiking exhaustion and delusion set in leaving us to set up camp around 2 am. We didn't make the summit but we did get a beautiful view of the stars and woke up to a beautiful, warm sunrise.
