Well, the thing is, I didn't know where you lived. In my city we have recycling and people are too lazy here to walk a few metres to throw garbage where it belongs. It seems like they don't care at all, throwing bottles on the street or out of the window while driving.
Also my attitude was not directed to you, I am just angry to look at others not caring about the environment.
Edit: To add to that, I like the message you are spreading with that picture. It is the awareness that people are lacking. Most of the time they simply ignore it.
