On my walk in the forest the other day, I saw this male orange tip (Anthocharis cardamines) getting ready to eat. Its tongue is out, but still rolled up:
Olympus Stylus 1s, 300mm, ISO200, f8, 1/320s
And there he goes:
Olympus Stylus 1s, 300mm, ISO200, f8, 1/250s
The flower it is sitting on is called cuckooflower (Cardamine pratensis), its favourite food source.
The female looks similar, but doesn't have the orange tips:
Olympus XZ-1, 112mm, ISO100, f8, 1/640s
Thanks for watching!
