I Think It's Spring, Finally
Well Spring weather is here, mostly, in Michigan now. Hey it only took till almost June LOL. It still dips down into the chilly zone now and again especially at night, but we won't have to worry about water freezing anymore.
About Time
It was a long Winter, the way they usually are here. Long about March and April, one just goes about stir crazy from cabin fever. However, the boating season is now upon us! They say time spent on the water is not deducted from ones lifetime!
It's Time
It's getting to be almost past due time to get the dock in. Memorial Day Weekend is the time for any proper boat owner to have that boat in the water and ready to go! We have had rain and cold most days lately, so getting the boat in has not been a high priority.
Not My Fault
For once I can say the dock being not in is not actually my fault. My son was behind in school and needed right up till the last moment, so the dock is yet to see the water this year. Some years, I'm the one that's dragging his tail, but that's not the case this year. Soon, yes very soon, the boat will be in and the water fun will begin.
