Image source: 35mm slides taken by my father with an unknown camera (Canon AE1 Program probably). Scanned by me with a PowerSlide 5000 using VueScan x64 software. There is also some Lightroom editing applied by me.
My dad took these shots during Fleet Week of the Portland Oregon Rose Festival in 1980 I think. The Willamette River shown in these shots bisects the city into east and west sides on its northward journey to converge with the Columbia River. We always joked growing up that it always rained during Rose Fest. True to form these look like some serious rain clouds. :)
