Every so often a little gem turns up whilst birdwatching but this month 7 gems turned up at a quarry in Nottinghamshire. Seven Bee-eaters took up residence pleading thousands of birdwatchers from across the U.K., and hopefully we will soon see some juveniles.
These pictures were taken using a canon600d with 600mm lens and 2x converter.
