I currently work out 5 times a week. Working in a sports facility has its perks - after my daily grind in the office I can do anything I want for free. I've tried the usual gym training, boxing, CrossFit, some of the Les Mills classes, circuit training, boxercise, Pilates and even some yoga. It's good to be a little active after 9 hours of sitting at the desk and kettlebell swings are a great way to strengthen back muscles.
