Guadalupe is a Colombian municipality located in the Comunera province of the department of Santander. It was founded in 1715 by the Camacho Sabidos family. At the head of the Spanish Captain José Camacho Sabidos and management of Don Juan de Herrera y Tovar, according to parish records of the year 1713.
The municipality is crossed by the Suarez River on the west and the Oibita River on the east. It also has several streams such as La Chorrera, La Colorada, La Gloria, Las Gachas, La Honda, La Llanera, La Pava, San Antonio and Las Trinas.

The Quebrada Las Gachas, considered the Caño Cristales de Santander, for its shape and striking colors, has received a large number of visitors in recent months.
This natural landscape is located in the municipality of Guadalupe, in the province of Comunera, 160 kilometers from Bucaramanga. There, in the village of Sabaneta, there is a water deposit, which runs about 1,400 meters on a slab and ends in a waterfall of 20 meters.
The attraction that captivated tourism was its natural jacuzzis that formed in the stone with reddish tones. It is about 200 craters where visitors can have fun and relax for hours. Thanks to social networks, this paradisiacal place became known even internationally.
