Hi friends.
Near my village there is a small river called Malaya Istra.
This river is calm, like most flat rivers. Although sometimes there are exceptions in the form of whirlpools and pools.
On a bright Sunny day, these places are extremely beautiful. The surface of the river is a perfect mirror.
The water in the river is quite cold, but by mid-summer it warms up. Here you can safely swim and arrange picnics on the shore.
Fishing is seasonal. In summer, the fish goes to the upper reaches of the river, and in winter returns back. So it is best to fish in January and February by drilling holes in the ice.
