I felt there is no need to use photoshop and pay extra bucks to adobe clouds as I have discovered a decent editing software called "rawtherapee". Can edit raw pics and gives you full control over it. I would recommend you to try it once.
The user interfece is lil bit of difficult to understand but then once you get used to it then you can easily use it. I loved the editnf control it provies.
