Graffiti doesn't seem to be as big of a counter cultural thing in this end of China. I come from New Jersey and not that far from New York City, and public street art is just normal and ever pervasive. It almost feels weird if somebody hasn't spray painted a wall with colorful mural or tagged it with a thick magic marker. So, imagine my surprise when I came across some epic -- for Changzhou -- spray paint art. These were found in obscure corners near a canal. Since the Jiangsu University of Technology is the general vacinity here, I assume the artist was one of their students. Here is a sampling of what I saw.
