Photo Challenge
For a swimmer like me, Patras is a great place to visit as it is right by the sea.
Cities that are situated at the coastal line of Greece are usually lined with lots of beaches.
So we drove around the area and found this great beach at Patras.
Not too many people here today as it is a bit late in the afternoon.
For many people, all beaches are the same as they just lay there.
But for a swimmer who loves this sport, beaches are different. Different oceans offer different things for the swimmer and that is why I never get tired of swimming and finding different places to swim.
Greece is spotted with great beaches for the swimming sport.
And we manage to stick around here later into the night to watch the sunset.
My days in these holidays are very long.
I need to get up early to catch the sunrise.
I also need to stay late to catch the sunset.
Not all sunsets are the same.
It depends on the weather and how clear the sky is.
