Culture is the human being, and the cradle of civilization is the society, and the meaning of culture is the self-strength that is acquired by upbringing, whereas civilization is a force on nature through science. Science and technology are all cities belonging to civilization. The means of culture are thought, language and writing. The other belongs to the world of heaven to this earthly world, one is drama and the other is (Tobia). Culture is learning, culture is enlightenment, the first needs learning, while the other needs meditation.
