In the current heavily impacted rental market, it's pretty distressing to see multi unit buildings left to rot. On the other hand, the contrasting textures of the denuded structure make an interesting image.

Mass transit is interesting. People sit right next to each other. Often seeing the same segment of people every day while commuting to work. But people rarely interact with each other. Moreso in the mobile device age.
