Hey there, guys! It seems that my connection issue has been resolved and I am back again! Fingers crossed bad luck has got bored of me and will leave me alone, because this past week she had been bugging me for good!
Here I am, λοιπόν, your very own wacko insect paparazzi! And you know what I got for you this time? No? Didn't you read the title above? A mantis concert! If you want a rhythm for this post, put this on and you'll soon understand why 😉
Meet our famous superstar musician, songwriter, singer, dancer, full-time performer...
The multitalented!
The one and only!
The huuuuuge!
Baby Mantis!
He will make you greener than his skin with envy once you hear him sing.
And oh! Wait until he plays that flute!
All eyes on our music Titan please!
And now give your biggest applause 'cause he is already on stage!
Let the show begin!
"Despacito,
I'm a baby mantis, follow el mi ritmo.
Get up on your feet don't be a lazy rino,
Come on dance along with me the loco niñoooo.
Despacito..."
And here comes the flute bridge part!
This guy is a pro!
Everyone wants to play like him some day!
(Ok, with some extra stretching practice... We're taking up Yoga next thing tomorrow!)
And after an amazing performance...
The show is over!
Give him another, even bigger applause, ladies and gentlemen!
And don't let your eyes off him as he climbs down the stage.
What do you mean you lost him?
There he is!
I'm right behind him.
Don't forget, I am an insect paparazzi...
My camera will follow him even backstage.
And here, ladies and gentlemen, we have some last shots in the restricted area.
Glance him once last time,
Before our great artist retracts into his dressing room!
Another great show is over, another audience is hypnotized by his talent!
Another crazy photo-post is done!
Hope you liked this one, guys! Have a great weekend! 😁
This tiny fragile fellow landed on our picnic table last Monday (if you remember I visited Lake Kerkini and Ano Poroia in Serres, as I shared on my "Last school trip of the year" post). A co-worker screamed, "Hey, Ruth! Look! Look!" and I immediately grabbed my camera and took as many shots as I could before our visitor vanished hopping away.
PS: Follow the link to a hilarious Greek Despacito parody in case you're interested 😜
