Wild rosemary herb has the most exquisite scent. The flowers attract a lot of bees too. The chopped fresh rosemary leaves are a great addition to breads, salads and savory dishes. A tea made of the leaves makes an excellent hair rinse too.
Foraging for me is an amazingly satisfying pastime. I love to collect and eat wild plants. They always seem to taste the best!
