What is a difference between profession and a vocation // Life // P...

I only know a few people who are happy to start the day and are happy to go to work.
But the few I know radiate peace of mind and high self-esteem that is attractive to people. Somehow it seems that these people get luck in every situation and almost everything falls into their lap. Of course, these people work hard and deserve to succeed! But what is their secret?

In my eyes it is their consciousness and the passion that drives them. To sum up if someone does the job he loves, then he is automatically successful.

Is it the choice between a profession and a vocation that makes the difference in the success and professional satisfaction of a person? What does job and vocation mean at all?

I have found many definitions that describe a profession. For me personally, I would say that a job is something that brings you money. It is something in which we have acquired knowledge and our qualification. But is it also our vocation at the same time?

The first thing that comes to my mind about this word has something to do with God. I am thinking of a prophet who was called by God to spread a message. I'm not even religious so I would probably refer to it at the professional level so that a vocation should fulfill me.

So I wonder, how do I find my vocation and how do I know it's my vocation?

I would call photography my passion, something that captivates me. I love to photograph people, to see their emotions and to read their stories from their faces.

Is photography then my vocation?
