Stress is something we are all privy to given the kind of a life that a modern day human lives. There are a million things that even an average person has to deal with ranging from work to personal life. Just as an overload of information can heat a computer up, our brains also get stressed when it has to deal with too many things.
As a result, we have always explored ways to relax and get in touch with the self and get away from the soul crushing lifestyle that we lead. Traveling is a pretty common one, being amidst nature and just getting lost in the beauty and the magnificence of her creations is another.
Then there are things like body massages and although they don't last as long as your retreat or even have a long lasting effect on the mind, one can surely feel relaxed and benefit from all the good they do to the body. After a stressful few months, I decided to go for a fully body massage and boy was it awesome!!
It was a really cool place with great ambience and decor. As soon as I stepped in, I felt calm and peaceful. The masseuse knew what she was doing and I was left completely relaxed. Let me share some photos that I clicked.
