I would rotate it so the horizon is straight, and then crop it to get rid of the pole on the right, and maybe use a Rule-of-Fifth or Golden-Spiral cropping hint to crop to the top left of the picture.
The hedge on the left and the tracks make nice lines to draw the eyes to the right where the lights and stuff are.
