Slovenia has four cities along the Adriatic Sea, and one of them is Izola. During my visits to the city we go out to eat ice cream every evening, and after eating my daily ice cream tonight, I took this shot of the boats, the sea, and the very beautiful skies above the sea.
Izola isn't a vacation paradise like many of the cities in Croatia along the Adriatic sea, but it has its charm. It is an old fishing town with a romantic old-town on a peninsula. The city has a population of approximately 16,000 people, but on busy summer days, the number of people in Izola is much higher.
Wish you all a good night, and maybe I'll see you for an ice cream tomorrow evening?
