Check out these Crazy rock Formations!!

I found these Crazy rock Formations last weekend, I think they look amazing. Does anybody know what they are called and how they are formed?

They were on the rock ledge at Flagstaff Point Wollongong. If you follow this address, they were on the rock ledge in the middle of the screen.
