Another hot day here and so, me and my hubby went to walk searching a bit of fresh air in the city.
We walked close to the small river where we could see the little duck swimming and the air was more fresh than in the center of the city, thanks to the trees and the water ^_^
Here in Italy we call this animal "gallinella d'acqua", in English is "common moorhen" (Gallinula chloropus) and in this period of the year there are more baby moorhen so we can see entire families eat and swim in the river. So sweet family!
We walk for about 1 hour every day, so we can have a pause from work (we work both at home), we can clean our minds watching something nice and we can take care of ourselves.
