Each wheel barrow has approximately 20 kg of fruit in it. Most of the fruit collected is called sliven by the locals. It is kind of a small plum. The locals mostly use it to make alcohol (Rakia). Its alcohol content varies from 40% for the commercially sold liquor to 70-80% of pure firewater for the home-produced.
