When I was living in Turin for my master's degree, I got an e-mail in my inbox. It was from AirB&B, they are looking for someone to do freelance photographer in Genova. AirB&B provides the service to book beds and breakfast, with the local people who have places available in their houses. Actually I went to visit Genova once, and then I post a collection of my Photo in Genova on flickr.com. They found that my photo are pretty nice, so they came to me. When they knew that I was living in Turin, they still want me to work for them, since they also needed photographer in Turin. They pay me 40 Euro and including the transportation also per place shoot.
My first shooting place, was a house of an elder lady, social, great welcoming; she also told me to come next time for a coffee. His son has been to Sihanou Ville. Her house is pretty organize and clean ;)

My second shooting place, was a house close to Juventus Football stadium. They are a new married couple, there are 36 years old. In every corner of the house, they put a sticker "ti amo", "I love you". This couple are really sweet, their place is really clean and for sure they are really organize. :)

My third shooting place, was a house of a Chinese girl and a Latin American guy. I didn't meet both of them, I just met their relative. That house is on the ground-floor, thus it was a bit difficult for me; since there were not enough light. That house has a really beautiful living room, I am thinking of having something similar, if I have a house ;)

The last shooting place, was a beautiful house in Pino Torino, it is a little bit far from Turin; but I could reach there by bus. The owner was really loving her house, especially her terracotta cook for making pizza. She told me to took the photo of the cook and post it too. Unluckily, her house was my last shooting, since AirBnB required me to fill a formula that was quite complex and bureaucratic; I was also occupied by my thesis, so I decided to drop the freelance work.

It is really cool to enter their houses, with smile and they allow you enter from the sleeping room to toilet, kitchen, living room, etc and etc. I would love to continue doing thing like that. It is quite social work, and productive ;) At least I got back 120 Euro, from the price of my DSLR Camera of 600 Euro :D
