Hi, Steemers!
I walk and I walk a lot. It is good for my back and health in general. I find big relax in long walks.
I counted that I walk every year minimum around 1500km.
In the winter days I walk less and I find it bad for my health in general, especially my back that start to hurt me when some additional pounds come on my body.
But now it is the spring time and I enjoy it a lot.
Today is a Sunday and it was perfect time and weather for a walk in the sunrise.
