Sorse lake is located in the Ganderbal district of kashmir.
It is at an altitude of about 2300 metres.
It lies in the himalayan range.
Sorse lake lies near the famous lake "sarbal".
Sorse lake's beauty is mesmerising and it was a real treat to be there with friends.
Snow doesn't melt fully here in this part of the world.
The temperature of this place never exceeds 25 degree.
Water is ice cold here and if you step into it, you will freeze.
Our journey to this lake was awesome.
It was about 10 hours of hiking and the lake definitely was worth it.
