What twisted individual decides to call a carnival ride--scat? I get it, you tell a cat to 'shoo' or 'scat', but you don't want to sit on something called scat! I took this photo a few years ago on Houston St. in New York City. It was pretty early in the morning and the ride wasn't open yet or maybe the ride operator was just on a scat break.
