Hello Steemians
For those who doesn't know yet, I work as freelancer. It's quite a dynamic work and sometimes, if you don't take care of yourself, it's very easy to burn out. Previous week, I was feeling tired so I decided to go on a road trip during weekend. My parents were already on vacation and they invited me to join them. I couldn't say no.
South Albania has a lot of beautiful beaches. The weekend destination (some of you probably noticed that I was not that active in steemit.chat) was Borsh, a small village near Saranda city.
In the last few years, Albania has been in the spotlight of famous magazines.
Read more here. Or here. They are right. Albanian coastline is breathtaking and there are a lot of beaches untouched by human hands. Most of the time, you can arrive in these virgin beaches/bays by boat. There is no other way.
Although I (and many others) have complaints about how tourism is being developed around here, when you see the panoramic views, you forget about anything negative such as bad services and infrastructures, high prices and lack of investments.
I have been vacationing in Borsh village for the last 14 years. The first time that I arrived there, there were mostly cows and donkeys (sometimes you could see also pigs). Right now, the village is super crowded; however, it's still maintain its natural beauty.
Now that I am back to normal daily life, I feel relaxed and full of energy and ready to Upwork and Steem on.
Instead of describing my road trip, I will let my photos do the talking. Intentionally, the title is "Photo Reportage". You be the judge.
All photos are taken with Nikon D3000.
All photos can be used as bounty photography for the competition Descriptions On The Spot
