Last Tuesday I went on my first ever mushroom photo shoot at a small forest near our house. As I liked the results from that shoot I went on another mushroom hunt yesterday. Due to the weather I went to the same small nearby forest, It was pouring rain all day but I had my mind set on going so when it was just a little drizzle I hopped on my bike for some mushroom hunting. I came a little better prepared this time as I had a large garbage bag with me for sitting on next to the shrooms, my warm and waterproof boots and my soft shell jacket to keep me dry in the little drizzle. Next time I will also bring an umbrella in weather conditions like this as my camera is not waterproof and I have ordered a small tripod so I can put my camera on places under bushes or fallen trees and use the remote shutter. So that's the introduction on the conditions for this shoot, so lets move on to the photo's.
So @ewkaw here is my second mushroom hunt report and the promised tagging of you in it.
A fallen one with the branch that broke it next to it.
Too bad this is the only good shot from this trunk. It was such a lovely sight with mushrooms all around, some very nice purple colored.
Some where in hiding but thanks to @qwerrie I looked a bit further than just in the open field.
I am thinking on going to another nearby forest tomorrow trying to find some different species and some other nice autumn shots for another post. So check back here on a later moment this week if you like shots like this.
Have an amazing day!
