Walking in Singapore is a joy as there is so much to see in the way of modern architecture during the day. The one big drawback is that is so darn hot especially when hauling a large camera backpack of 14 kg. Heading out towards the Marina Bay Gardens before midnight allowed me to get some time in shooting some night time panoramas and on my way back to the Mandarin Oriental, the ArtScience museum that sits below MBS beckoned with the full moon above it.
Shooting late at night means that there is virtually no one around this part of town besides a lone couple that I came across who was quarreling while seated in the middle of the sidewalk. I told the guy 'good luck' as his significant other lamented openly. It is much easier to focus as there are fewer distractions (you would think in this day and age when you pull out a tripod and a camera you don't look that 'special' nonetheless, people still love to gawk.
